Having been in the golf industry since leaving university in 1994 I
have tried to bring my passion for sport and life to my business.
Working for
some of the biggest brands in golf such as Mizuno and Slazenger, I jumped
at the opportunity to become an agent for
Marbas when
they were entering the market in 2001. Helping build Marbas into the
number one apparel brand at the very top end of the industry, I was keen
to add other agencies to my portfolio.
There are a number of key factors that I am looking for
in a potential brand to carry, the first of which has to be quality. All
the brands I carry offer the very best product in their category.
The next
crucial factor I am looking for, is to support the people who support me,
by offering exclusive products which are not widely available online, thus
preserving prices and margins.
The third crucial factor is first class customer
service. I need my enthusiastic and professional attitude to business to
be backed up by a similar attitude from the offices of the companies I work
for. I believe this is the case.
